Ali Pastonoğlu completed his BS Degree at Middle East Technical University. His career spans over two decades in various national and international management roles. From 2000 to 2016, he held key positions in prominent companies such as Lafarge, Cimpor, Nuh Cement, and Votorantim, followed by several executive-level management roles at OYAK Cement Group Companies between 2016 and 2023.

Since 2023, Ali Pastonoğlu has been managing the global operations as the CEO of TUALCOM-UK.
