Turkey’s defense industry company Aselsan and the Ministry of National Defense (MoND) have signed a US$54.5 million contract for the supply of the Denizgözü Octopus-S Electro-Optic Reconnaissance and Surveillance System to meet the reconnaissance and surveillance system requirements of the Turkish Naval Forces.

Aselsan announced the contract on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and stated, “An agreement regarding the Denizgözü Ahtapot-S Electro-Optic Reconnaissance and Surveillance System for the needs of the Turkish Naval Forces has been signed between Aselsan and the Ministry of National Defense, valuing US$ 54,5 million.
