Aselsan and Indra have reached an agreement on cooperation regarding “Railway Planning, Traffic Management, Signalling and Control System Projects” for Turkey and International markets.

Parties realised a signing ceremony of their memorandum of understanding at the EURASIA RAIL 2016 event which was held on 4th of March 2016 in İstanbul. On one side, Aselsan was represented by Mr. Y. Suat Bengür / Vice President and Transportation, Security, Energy & Automation Systems (UGES) Business Sector President and Mr. Seyit Yıldırım / Head of Transportation Business Line. On the other side, INDRA was represented by Mr. Luis Antonio Permuy Munoz-Rivero / President of Turkey, Central Asia and Asia-Pacific and Mr. Jose Miguel Rubio Sanchez / Director of Transportation Solutions.

Aside from their defence sector activities, Aselsan and Indra, who are their own domestic market leaders as well as reliable international market suppliers, cooperatively will be expanding activities in fast growing non-defence sectors relying on their system solutions.
