At the meeting held at the Presidential Complex, national system and projects were reviewed and new decrees were adopted that further strengthen the security forces executing operations within the borders of Turkey and cross border operations to secure Turkey’s borders.  In the meeting where projects with total value of TL 13.5 billion were assessed, measures regarding various investments and improvement activities for the development, strengthening, support and export of the defence industry and technologies were adopted. To this end, projects on acquiring new capabilities to the ATAK helicopter, new UAV systems, land, air and naval vehicles, jammer systems, modernization of the radar and command control systems and fulfilling various requirements of national security forces were evaluated.
