The "International Future Soldier Conference" will be organized by Defense Turkey magazine on October 19, 2021, at Ankara Sheraton Hotel with the support of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, the SSB, and SaSaD, and the cooperation of ODTÜ Teknokent-TSSK.

EDOK Commander Lieutenant General Sinan Yayla will also participate as a keynote speaker at the event, where President of Defense Industries Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir will make the opening speech.

Since the conference will be held for the first time this year, the main theme of the event, which focuses on revealing the possibilities for joint synergy and cooperation in the field of "Future Soldier Concept and Technologies," was determined as "The Warrior, Today and Tomorrow" in order to express its general-purpose more clearly.

The conference, which officials from 26 countries will attend, aims to bring together the officials of the Turkish and global defense industry and military institutions and organizations on the subject of "Future Soldier." It will be a bilateral information sharing and awareness-raising platform between the parties and shed light on the ongoing programs on Future Soldier around the world, as well as on the technological level and sectoral capabilities in this field.

Within the scope of the event, HAVELSAN, ASELSAN, BİTES, GLENAIR, ROKETSAN, VESTEL, ATEL, CES, CORDURA, METEKSAN DEFENCE, NUROL MAKİNA, NUROL TEKNOLOJİ, STM, and VANEDA will open booths in the foyer area to promote their products.
