Nurol Makina, one of the candidates competing in the 4x4 armored vehicle tests in Saudi Arabia, has various vehicle configurations in the Middle East and Gulf countries, including Qatar and Kuwait.
In addition to the Middle East market, Nurol Makina is also strengthening its presence in East Asia. In this context, the company has exported armored vehicles to Malaysia and Indonesia. Deliveries of 20 EJDER YALÇIN vehicles, which Malaysia will procure from Nurol Makina for use by the Malaysia Battalion United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (MALBATT UNIFIL), will begin in February.
According to information we obtained at the WDS 2024 fair, a total of 23 companies participated in the tender opened in Malaysia. After rigorous tests, Nurol Makina won the tender. The production of the EJDER YALÇIN 4x4 vehicles offered in the tender has been completed, and they are ready for shipment. The vehicles carry a significant amount of payload. The project is carried out in close cooperation with Aselsan as a solution partner, and Aselsan will supply all requested payloads on the vehicle.
The "Final Configuration Review Acceptance Signing Ceremony" was held between Nurol Makina and Nadicorp (Badanbas) at the Defence Services Asia (DSA) fair in Malaysia on March 30, 2022, for the supply of Ejder Yalçın 4×4 vehicles. Under the project, which was initiated to replace the armored vehicles used by the Malaysian peacekeeping force in Lebanon (MALBATT UNIFIL), it was decided to supply the Ejder Yalçın 4x4 and the vehicles were stated to be delivered to Malaysia by 2024.
In the East Asia market, Nurol Makina also participated in Indonesia with its NMS 4x4 YÖRÜK vehicles and emerged as the winning bidder. The first batch of approximately 80 vehicles was delivered to the end user. The remaining orders are expected to be completed by May 2024. The vehicles were first used and displayed by Indonesia's elite special operations unit, Brimob (Mobile Brigade Corps), during the G20 Leaders Summit held in Indonesia on November 15-16, 2022.
More than 1500 platforms of Nurol Makina are used by security forces in nearly 20 countries, including South America, Africa, Europe, the Gulf countries, and East Asia.
