Havelsan and Tübitak Bilgem signed a cooperation agreement at a ceremony that took place on May 8, 2013 at Havelsan’s stand at IDEF 2013. With the agreement cooperation in order to execute joint projects abroad through using the knowledge and capacities of Havelsan’s DEDAS  and  TÜBİTAK Bilgem’s DATAS is aimed. On behalf of Havelsan, Havelsan’s General Manager CEO Sadık Yamaç and Simulation and Training Systems Group Head Lütfü Özçakır and on  behalf of  TÜBİTAK Bilgem, President of Bilgem Dr. Hasan Palaz and Bilgem İltaren’s Deputy Manager of the Institute M. Alper Kutay signed the agreement.  Deputy Undersecretary for Industry  Services  of  the  Under secretariat for Defence Industries Sedat Güldoğan and Chief of the R&D and Technology Department of the Ministry of National Defence Colonel Tevfik Zengin were present at the ceremony.
