The Signing Ceremony for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) System Modernization Cooperation Protocol, initiated by the Defence Industry Agency (SSB) to address the modernization needs of the Turkish Air Force Command, took place on the second day of the exhibition. Turkish Aerospace, ASELSAN, and HAVELSAN participated in the event under the auspices of the SSB and the General Directorate of Military Factories.

The Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) System, which includes four AEW&C aircraft and the Ground Support Center within the inventory of the Air Forces Command, and whose maintenance is managed through the logistic support project led by the Defence Industry Agency, is set to undergo modernization. This effort is aimed at addressing the growing obsolescence issues caused by rapid technological advancements and limited manufacturer resources.
