Havelsan and AgustaWestland on 20 May 2014, at the Berlin Air Show signed a Memorandum to collaborate and jointly market and sell their complementary products and capabilities. Witnessed by the Undersecretary for Defence Industry Prof. Ismail Demir, the Memorandum was signed by Mr. Sadık Yamaç, CEO of Havelsan and Mr. Ross Kelly, AgustaWestland Head of Region for Turkey.

Mr. Yamaç said that Havelsan wishes to provide simulation and synthetic training systems (including information management solutions) in support of the various AgustaWestland platforms purchased by the Turkish Government and International Defence and Government Customers.
