At the Roketsan Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on June 11, 2020, Deputy Defense Minister Yunus Emre KARAOSMANOĞLU and Ahmet TÜRKMEN were appointed as Board Members in place of the preceding Board Members Muhsin DERE and Mustafa AYSAN. Musa ŞAHİN, who was a Board Member, was appointed as the Acting Chairman of the Board at the board meeting held following the General Assembly.

In the written statement made after the Board Meeting, it was announced that Selçuk YAŞAR, who has been serving Roketsan for 32 years since its establishment and lastly as the President & CEO since February 2012, applied for retirement at his own request, and his request was approved by the Board.
