During a press conference held on February 22nd regarding the activities of the Ministry of National Defence, it was stated by the Press and Public Relations Advisor, Rear Admiral (LH) Zeki AKTÜRK, that the SUNGUR air defence missile developed by Roketsan has been delivered to the Turkish Land Forces Command.

The statement mentioned that inspections and acceptance activities for various quantities of Man-Portable Air-Defence Systems (MANPADS) have been completed by the Land Forces Command.
