Atheeb Group Of Saudi Arabia and STM signed MoU in IDEF

Atheeb Group of Saudi Arabia and STM signed an MoU during IDEF13 in Istanbul for cooperation in the field of Maritime engineering.

The MOU was signed by HRH Prince Abdulaziz Ahmad Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Chairman and CEO of Atheeb Holding, and Mr. Mr.Faruk ÖZLÜ Chairman of STM. The event was attended by his Excellency Mr. Murad Bayar, Undersecretary for Defence Industry (SSM). 

The agreement aims to provide a framework for cooperation. As part of the collaboration between Saudi and Turkish companies, that aim to successfully implement projects in Saudi Arabia. Turkish companies have gained technological expertise and achievements in various fields, which responds to the demands of the Saudi economy. 

This cooperation aims to leverage the experiences of the two companies in successfully pursuing opportunities for the companies, and creating job opportunities for citizens of both countries. STM provides engineering and consultancy, civil and military project management, system integration and quality assurance. It also has experiences in development of support systems, industrial and technical procurement, supply chain management, Maritime engineering and shipyard management. Atheeb Group has diversified experiences and activities in technical services, project management, logistic services, and system integration, in addition to infrastructure, construction and operation of sea ports in Saudi Arabia.
