BNA and BAE Systems Signed a Contract at Farnborough Air Show

On the 16th of June, Turkish BNA was selected by BAE Systems to support a leading-edge military high integrity system development program. The signing ceremony took place at the Farnborough Airshow with the attendance of a Turkish Delegation and senior executives from BAE Systems.
Within the scope of the agreement, Turkish BNA will provide support to high integrity software for high-end military aircraft program for BAE Systems.
In the signing ceremony, BNA General Manager Eray GÖKALP said that “We believe that this agreement will be a significant milestone in our on-going collaboration with BAE Systems and would be a great and major example of what a team can achieve in a short span of time and how determined we are to achieve our goals.”
Vice of President and General Manager of Controls & Avionic Solutions at BAE Systems, Dr. Ehtisham SIDDIQUI “Since 2015, BNA has been working on various system development projects such as the development of an engine control system, helping usage monitoring systems and they are now in a position to develop support of high integrity software for a flight control related application. This experience working with BAE Systems will provide BNA an opportunity to position themselves for further contracts for the flight control system for the next generation Turkish Fighter Jet.
