CANiK M3 FALCON to Debut at SAHA 2026

Operating under Samsun Yurt Savunma (SYS Group), CANiK will unveil its CANiK M3 FALCON heavy machine gun for the first time at SAHA 2026, to be held on May 5-9.

SAHA Expo 2026, now recognized as one of the largest defence, aerospace, and space industry gatherings in Türkiye and the region, will open its doors in Istanbul between May 5-9. Within the scope of the exhibition, SYS Group will not only conduct new product launches but also deepen international collaborations through its “integrated defence ecosystem” vision.

The highlight of SYS Group’s participation at SAHA 2026 will be the CANiK M3 FALCON, a product of advanced engineering. Developed particularly to meet the demanding operational requirements of aerial platforms, the next-generation 12.7×99mm heavy machine gun will be showcased publicly for the first time. Featuring an open-bolt architecture that prevents overheating, the system stands out with its high rate of fire, exceptional reliability, and flexible structure capable of adapting to the dynamic conditions of the modern battlefield.

A Cost-Effective Solution Against Drone Threats

The “Distributed Mobile Layered Air Defense Architecture,” recently launched by UNIROBOTICS, will remain one of the focal points of SAHA 2026. Developed to counter modern drone (C-UAS) threats, this intelligent architecture integrates TRAKON RCWS (Remote Controlled Weapon Systems), the CANiK heavy machine gun family, and the VENOM LR medium-caliber cannon system within a single network. Providing full dominance across multiple range layers, the concept is drawing strong interest from international delegations, particularly due to its cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
