Chilean Armed Forces’ Tanks to be Modernized by ASELSAN

Within the scope of the MoU, it is aimed that the cooperation will firstly be initiated towards the modernization of Leopard Tanks existing in the inventory list of Chilean Armed Forces and be followed towards other projects according to the acquisition plans.

The cooperation initiated between ASELSAN and FAMAE in line with the needs of Chilean Armed Forces is anticipated to be expanded also to satisfy the needs of other Latin American countries.
