GIRSAN MAKINE ve HAFIF SILAH SAN.TIC.LTD.STI. produces high power firing 9x19 mm parabellum pistols which are marked as YAVUZ 16.
At first side, we aim to respond all needs of our army units and police organizations.The first target of our company is to provide customer satisfaction by using expert engineers, current technology and technician crew and to produce high quality products and present to the market.
Our products are used as the permanent staff guns by the General Security Directorate, Turkish Armed Forces and Gendarmerie Headquarters.Even in this year , General Security Directorate have again preferred our pistols for their staff.Also, we have supplied the Turkish Coast Guard Command and State Airport Administration with our pistols.We are proud to be the unique company which its products are used by most of the Turkish Organizations.
Moreover,our company has won the recognition all around the international platform as much as in Turkey.
As a result of our export efforts, we export our products to many of the South American and Asian countries. Furthermore , our pistols have managed to be the permanent staff gun of Malaysia Special Forces and Security Organization.
As it is known, all the pistol manufacturers in the world have to pass some kind of tests. All our products have easily passed these tests that are under the standart of NATO. In all these procurements mentioned above, we attend some kind of tender tests and we have been successful in spite of our rivals.
Our pistols YAVUZ 16 Regard M.C, Compact M.C, Tugra, Bora and Zirve have the qualities of semi-automatic, 15+1 magazine capacity, cold forged technology and composite metal frame and also high power fire.
The tests that our pistols are subjected:
- Dispersion Test - Reliability Test (5000 rounds)
- Muzzle Velocity test - Part changing test
- Cold Torture Test - Salt water test (Paint strength test)
- Hot torture test - Greasy fire test
- Drop test (whit cartridge in cartridge case)
All the tests mentioned briefly above are applied during acceptance of the pistols to an association. Till these appliances, all the products are under control from materials’ entering to the factory as a raw material to the product output.
Our quality system is supported by ISO:9001–2000 and our products are advisable by the NATO standarts. We also have the ATF FORM 4590 Factoring Criteria report given by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, Firearms and Explosives of United States.
