Integration of ŞİMŞEK in to ANKA UAV

President of Defense Industries Prof. İsmail DEMİR shared on his social media accounts that activities in the field of innovative technologies keep going full steam ahead.

In his post DEMİR stated, “In our country, a moving platform has successfully been launched from another moving platform, controlled and retrieved safely, this is carried out by only a few countries.”

He also stated that the ŞİMŞEK High Speed Target Drone System, which is integrated the ANKA UAV and which is capable of carrying different payloads, has been successfully released to the desired location several times and added, “Besides our UAV platform development activities, we will continue our efforts to increase the capabilities on the UAV at full pace.”
