Mr. Baki Gokbayrak welcomed and informed visitors at the Dearsan Stand which also included the Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces Admiral Metin Ataç, Fleet Commander Admiral Ugur Yigit, Northern Sea Area Commander Vice Admiral Feyyaz Ogutcu, Naval Training and Education Commander Vice Admiral kadir Sagd?ç , SSM Undersecretary Murad Bayar, Coast Guard Commander Rear Admiral Atilla Kezek, SSM Deputy Undersecretaries Omer Inak, Faruk Ozlu and Ismail Tohumcu, and many other military and civilian visitors.
The leading domestic suppliers of the 16 New Type Patrol Boats, including HAVELSAN, ASELSAN, ISBIR and YALTES exhibited project related products at their stands some of which will actually be installed in the first vessel . The first boat will be delivered to the Turkish Naval Forces Command in 2010.
