Nurol Makina Displayed “Ejder Yalçın 4x4” and “Ejder Kunter” at IDEF’ 15

Nurol Makina having an important place in the design, integration and production of armored vehicles for the defense industry and domestic safety participated at IDEF 2015 organized in Istanbul during the dates 5-8 May with different products. Ejder Yalçın 4x4 vehicle of Nurol Makina, which attracted the attention with its products,caught the attention firstly of our President and of the authorities and the delegations attending the fair as well. Exhibiting Ejder Yalçın 4x4 Border Surveillance Vehicle version at the fair; Nurol Makina had the chance to present the Armored Truck Ejder Kunter which is completely its own production and design as well and pointed out that the feedbacks were quite positive. Ejder Kunter acclaimed especially by foreign delegations was exhibited as the 6x4 logistic support truck version together with HIAB firm loading system. As the supporting element of the truck the tanker module produced by the WEW firm whose cooperation agreement was signed at the fair, was also exhibited at the stand too. 

Under the coverage of the cooperation agreement signed between Nurol Makina and Modular Fuel and Water Systems Producer WEW firm, the parties are planning to develop the market opportunities and not be limited only to Turkey. With this cooperation agreement signed with the WEW firm, Nurol Makina, specializing in the design and production of armored vehicles and special purpose platforms as to user demands and strengthening its place with its activities in last recent years, was able to take the first step of a long-lasting cooperation for the future projects enabling modular and distributable fuel and water systems oriented for the defense, civil and after disaster aid.

Nurol Makina and GFDS Cooperation Agreement 

Nurol Makina Sanayi, whose main field of activity is the design, integration and production of 4x4 vehicles and special purpose platforms for the Defense Industry and domestic security having long years of experience signed a cooperation agreement with Global Future Designs& Solutions (GFDS) Firm for the development of an optic system (EPSON BT-200 Augmented Reality Goggles) to be applied to its own armored vehicle products permitting the observation of the outside from inside 

Nurol Makina Deputy General Manager Anıl Karel and GFDS CEO Mert Levent Oğuzata signed the agreement at the signature ceremony organized on the second day of the IDEF ‘15 Fair. Nurol Makina Deputy General Manager Anıl Karel speaking at the ceremony and attracting the attention to the fact that the new optic system will both increase especially the conditional awareness of the personnel travelling in armored vehicles  as well as permitting them to perform tasks in a more psychologically relaxed manner said; “With this system the personnel in the vehicle at the condition he is in; even though the vehicle is armored and in spite of those narrow windows; has the possibility to see clearly and to create awareness as if there is nothing on the vehicle from outside. We are exhibiting a prototype goggle on an Ilgaz 4x4 Tactic Wheeled Armored Vehicle (EPSON BT-200 Augmented Reality Goggles) in our stand related to this.”

GFDS CEO Mert Levent Oğuzata also stating that the production of technologically superior vehicles of Nurol Makina enables them the ease in the mounting and application of the systems, said “Our aim from now on is to be of help to Nurol Makina in line with their needs in the development of systems which will provide the future vehicles to be better, providing ease to the personnel and detect the future threats more easily. I think this cooperation with Nurol Makine will be future oriented. The systems that we are using are advanced technology products. One of these is the Epson goggle, Epson augmented reality bt200 goggle. We will use the special Epson bt200 goggle, which is currently not sold, in the world, in the projects with Nurol Makina. With this goggle we will enable the detection of threats or outside sight operations. This agreement shall be good for the establishment of the future systems.”
