Spark Calibration Laboratory, the exclusive authorized technical service provider in Turkey of Keysight Technologies, which is a leading manufacturer of electronic testing and measurement equipment, was inaugurated by the Undersecretary of Defense Industry, on November 23, 2011. The laboratory operates in accordance with ISO 17025 Standards and provides calibration, repair and maintenance services for RF and microwave equipment of up to 50 GHz (network analyzer, signal analyzer and signal source). The authorized technical service provider is updated per new models simultaneously with all Keysight Service Centers worldwide. This feature of the laboratory enables firms to purchase newly developed and released Keysight devices without any concern about maintenance, repair and calibration. The laboratory has become a preferred solution partner for maintenance, repair and calibration services in the electronic testing and measurement equipment market, and made a difference in the field of measurement and calibration services by constantly improving its post-sales service quality.

Products

Software-based performance tests of Keysight testing and measurement equipment are performed in   Spark Calibration Laboratory. These tests sometimes detect deviations from limit values, in which case all required adjustments are performed exclusively in Spark Laboratory in Turkey. Only original parts are used in case of repair.

Import software-based calibration procedures for various models, studies have commenced for creation of software-based local service, and calibration software is developed for this purpose. With the software procedures developed by Spark Calibration, it is now possible to automatically calibrate these Keysight devices. 

Projects 

Spark Calibration Laboratory launched its R&D activities with software development project for calibration procedures with partial financing from government R&D funding.

R&D studies are conducted in the laboratory such that exclusive service can be offered to customers regardless of brand and model. Successful completion of studies will allow for quick response to testing, calibration and adjustment needs of customers. This will also expand the range of products supported.

Spark Calibration Laboratory provides summer internship opportunities for students and supports calibration software development studies for graduate and post-graduate theses.
