Roketsan at Berlin Congress with Major Players

Roketsan participated in the Berlin Congress on European Security & Defence held in Germany on 2-3 December 2014 where Turkey is amongst the partner countries.  

Minister of National Defence Mr.İsmet Yılmaz, Chief of the Plans and Policy Division of the Turkish General Staff Lieutenant General Alpaslan Erdoğan, Deputy Undersecretary for Defence Industries Mr. Sedat Güldoğan, Turkey’s Ambassador to Germany H.E. Hüseyin Avni Karslıoğlu and other guests were hosted at the Roketsan stand by Roketsan Chairman of the Board Lieutenant (Ret) Dr. Eyüp Kaptan and Roketsan General Manager Mr. Selçuk Yaşar. 

On the first day of the event, General Manager of Roketsan Mr. Selçuk Yaşar gave a speech within the scope of the panel on “Forum European Industrial Defence Cooperation – Developing a Strategic Perspective”. Approximately 1.000 participants consisting of political and military representatives, security institutions and company officials from more than 50 countries visited the organization where the world’s leading Defence Industry companies such as MBDA Germany, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Roketsan, TAI and Havelsan from Turkey attended.
