The signing ceremony for the “Stick Camera Project,” initiated by the Defence Industry Agency (SSB) to fulfill the requirements of the Land Forces Command, Special Forces Command, and Gendarmerie General Command and to be conducted under the primary contractorship of Esetron, took place at the 16th International Defense Industry Fair IDEF.
The camera, designed as part of the project conducted by the Defence Industry Agency, utilizes an extendable stick structure that allows for real-time monitoring of diverse environments, including cavities, caves, indoor spaces, and ventilation pipes. It has an impressive set of features, including an 11.5-meter length, a 100-meter cable, two infrared cameras, 24 hours of uninterrupted operation, and the capability to record video for up to 11 hours, all within a compact design weighing just 26 kg.
Out of a total of 157 cameras planned for supply under the project, 92 cameras have already been delivered. The remaining deliveries are anticipated to be finalized in 2023.
