Bayraktar Construction Offers Fully Secure Business Center for Defence Industry
Defence Turkey: Mr. Bayraktar first we would like to thank you for sparing your time for us. You have included in the course two important projects where you put together various sectors in the business world with Via Flat and Via Twins in the very close period. Will you share with us what these two projects provided to the business world? What are the choices in the offices and the innovations you have introduced in comparison to your competitors in the clever building concept?
Primarily I would like to thank you also for sparing the time and for this precious conversation we have realized. Bayraktar İnşaat since the day it was established has undersigned many successful projects by setting the bar high in the subjects of quality and innovation. As you have said, along with the projects just completed, Via Flat and Via Twins, we are hosting many international corporations and companies in our Via Tower and Via Green projects positioned in Ankara.
In our Via Flat Project which is one of the projects we have completed lately, there is a 650 m2 natural inner garden which I believe that there is no other similar to it in Ankara and maybe even in Turkey. With the cafes in Life Street and inner garden, there is an opportunity for the users of the building to work in a pleasant way.
In our Project having a horizontal architecture, we are providing the opportunity to spread from 20 m2 to 5000 m2 in single flat. At the same time, 6 meeting rooms present in the building provides great facilities to our tenants. In addition 5 star hotels where our tenants can easily host their guests are only a few minutes walking distance from Via Flat.
Lastly, we are differing from other projects as a fully secure business center with building site security certificate, 7/24 close circuit camera system and private security services.
Via Twins, on the other hand, is our project that provides Business Class properties to its users. It has attracted the attention of international hotel chains with its prestigious architecture consisting of two towers and a base and with its unique panaroma Whereupon a preliminary agreement for some flats of our Via Twins Project is made with an international chain brand, latest technologic clever building applications are present. For example, glass facades having high light refracture, (Guardian Sunguard High Performance Bright Green 40/29), high security and fully fire durable lifts and fire hall pressurization systems, helicopter runaways on both block roofs in accordance to urgency security scenario can be mentioned.
Defence Turkey: Mr. Bayraktar, you are hosting important sectors with these projects in Ankara. Under this coverage, what type of advantages are you offering especially to the Defence Industry firms operating in the defence industry field? Are options like exclusive meeting rooms and conference hall under the coverage of this program?
As I have just expressed, we are always showing efforts to provide the maximum service quality for our tenants. Along with our VIP and working meeting rooms, we are providing reception and private assistance services, dry cleaning, car wash, airport transfers, tailor, exclusive cafe-restaurants, discounted accommodation services, readymade offices with furniture starting from 10 m2 etc, services for our tenants as well.
Defence Turkey: One of the primary subjects of Defence Industry firms is especially the site security topic. What kind of activities do you have in this subject of providing site security and for other technical requests of those firms operating in your site?
Our tenants in our projects fitted with clever building Technologies having high qualifications feel themselves very comfortable in security matters. With 7/24 reception, security personnel and systems, we can provide maximum assistance in receiving site security certificates/documents in our business centers upon their own applications.
Defence Turkey: With which firms have you started to work with currently at your site in your projects operating in the defence, aviation, IT and security fields? Can you summarize the current situation to us?
I can express that our projects are buildings that are especially preferred by international firms. More than half of our tenants are consisting of multinational companies. I do not find it correct to give their names without their permission but the ones that come to my mind first are; we are hosting the informatics company of the world that comes to one’s mind at first, enumerated telecommunication giant of the world, and again the biggest defence industry company. In addition, foreign embassies and attaché offices are interested in our projects closely. Again, we have made a preliminary agreement to host a European country’s embassy.
Defence Turkey: what are your future period expectations from both the Via Flat and the Via Twins projects?
Common properties in both of these projects are prestige, comfort, superior quality, exclusive and countless services the difference is their architecture. Via Flat is among the most beautiful sample of horizontal architecture and whereas Via Twins is the most beautiful sample of vertical architecture. We are presenting our Via Flat Project fully for rentals, whereas our Via Twins Project is presented as offices for both rent and for sale. These two projects have attracted serious attention already. We are predicting that the interest in these two projects differing among their equals shall be increasingly continuing.
