CMMI Maturity Level 3

HBT Group proved that CMMI v1.3 Model reached the 3. Maturity Level as a result of the audits and CMMI Institute rated HBT as CMMI v1.3 Level – 3. 

CMMI-DEV (for Development) includes project management, process management, system engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering and other supporting processes used in development and integration activities and offers internationally recognized models for a better execution of development activities by improving the procedures of the innovative companies. 

As per the requirement of Maturity Level 3, 18 process areas have been examined and the 5 of the ongoing projects of the HBT Group have been inspected within the scope of the audits. As part of the audits, system engineering, software engineering and mechanical engineering disciplines have been thoroughly examined and the monitoring process was accomplished following the first interviews with the project teams and executors of the procedures.

As a result of the rating; the implementation and generalization of HBT Group Procedures that have been aligned with the ISO9001 and AQAP2110 standards and CMMI v1.3 Model will continue.
