Collaboration on Cyber Security and Mainland Security
Turkey is accelerating its studies for increasing the measures regarding cyber security and developing new solutions. STM and TÜBİTAK BİLGEM signed a protocol including the cyber security issue that is considered among the major threats nowadays. STM and TÜBİTAK BİLGEM will be acting jointly in “cyber security” and “mainland security” issues that bear critical importance in terms of national security and the two institutions will cooperate for developing solutions.
New Products and Market Researches
In accordance with the cooperation agreement signed, market, customer and competition analysis will be conducted for the products of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM. Commercialization of these products will be accomplished and then they will put on the market. The agreement made by STM and TÜBİTAK BİLGEM contains the know-how transfer between the two institutions as well.
Joint Cyber Operations
Following the signing of the protocol, the two parties will be forming their work groups. Within the scope of the protocol and upon the agreement of the two parties, trainings and consultancy services will be provided in addition to the joint R&D activities and technology development projects. Moreover, work schedules for joint conferences, joint training programmes in certificate, bachelor and graduate levels, joint operations as part of various domestic/foreign activities will be prepared and implemented.
