Enmares Creates a Difference in the Industry With Indigenous Aerospace Projects
Enmares Aerospace Limited Company’s General Manager and aerospace engineer Ender Uçkan with indigenous aerospace projects primarily to the aerospace and defence industries has drawn attention in providing turnkey engineering solutions. Indicating that Enmares was founded in 2007 with the aim of providing turnkey engineering solutions primarily to the aerospace and defence industries, General Manager Ender Uçkan indicated that, “Integrated turnkey project capabilities that encompass appropriate documentation for conceptual design, analysis, manufacturing, testing and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements and after sales support has been the strength that has made a difference for Enmares in many aerospace and defence projects since 2007. A 100 percent domestic company, Enmares expanded its area of activities with defence and automotive projects in the first quarter of 2008 and with indigenous aerospace projects realised its first export to Europe in 2010.”
In all engineering and R&D activities, Enmares has adopted the rule “to make a difference”as its philosophy and the most important difference it provides to its customers is the “boutique style” engineering solution generation that is customised to the requests and needs of its customers with the intense use of CAD/CAE systems, stated Ender Uçkan and went on to add: “These solutions cover a wide range from specific engineering projects to aviation ground support equipment from tooling support exclusive to the industry to special industrial facility design and building. These innovative projects were deemed worthy for various incentives primarily for R&D by such organisations as TÜBITAK and KOSGEB.”
Military sea and aerospace and helicopter deck systems design and manufacturing
Reminding us that Enmares entered the military sea and aerospace and helicopter deck systems design and manufacturing field in 2010 for the Coast Guard S&R Vessel Project built by RMK Marine Shipyards, Enmares Aerospace Limited Company’s General Manager and aerospace engineer Ender Uçkan indicated that they have provided comprehensive and successful engineering support for sea and aerospace systems that have an important place in national military sea platform projects that have accelerated since 2005. Ender Uçkan stated that, “Enmares has commenced with many projects to fill the gap in this area with local resources. Our activities in the area of sea and aerospace are continuously expanding with collaboration on projects with the Naval Forces Command and with military project developer shipyards. Within this framework, the projects we are implementing make a contribution to shipyards that make every effort to increase to a maximum level the domestic rate and which also enables new capabilities for our company. As of today, Enmares provides turnkey project services in evaluating, analyzing and documentation in the suitability of civil and military helicopter operation of ships developed by our domestic shipyards; the design and manufacturing of sub-systems such as helicopter transfer vehicles, personnel safety nets, runway lug connections, patient transfer lifts, solid waste compactors, runway lighting systems and the manufacturing of other helicopter operations equipment.”

Representation and business development in 13 countries
“With the international sales and marketing collaboration agreements that we have signed with the French Lead Aero Company last year at the MRO Europe 2012 Fair in the Netherlands, we have started representation and business development activities in 13 countries. The projects we have realised with local engineering and manpower in Turkey will be increasingly used overseas, primarily in Europe and the Gulf states. In the subsequent period, with the other international collaboration agreements we have signed, we are the Turkish partners of Boeing approved U.S. based tooling and equipment manufacture, Modern Machine and Airbus approved component shop service provider the French Equip Aero company. Our customers can either choose from our present portfolio of products and projects with certain modifications or can directly request the issue they need to solve to our engineering team and with feedbacks we provide during the project cycle they can obtain special “boutique solutions” at every phase of the process. This approach can not only be immediately applied to all our solutions but also avoids our customers from being obligated to standard solutions and provides products that directly meet their needs at a suitable cost. Our attentive documentation activities that are sensitively carried out in all our projects provide large savings in time and manpower to our customers. Within the framework of these activities, preparation of user manuals, forming product trees, identifying spare parts, carrying out national coding procedures and many other activities are completed and delivered by ENMARES to our customers without their involvement.”
