Maysan Mando has Aims to Increase its Export Sales

Being leader in shock absorber production and sales in Turkey, Maysan Mando expands its production capacity and enlarged its targets with investment of the new production plant. Maysan Mando General Manager Mr. Erdal Elbay stated that with new investment realized at the end of 2012 and company total closed area reached to 20.000m2 with 6 million production capacity which will also have direct effect on employee increase. 

With establishment of the 2nd plant at the end of 2012, Maysan Mando will increase capacity of its mechanical factory. With the new investment Maysan Mando restructured its production activities by taking all machining and welding operations to the new plant and keeping assembly and surface treatment operations at main production plant where currently 2.000 different shock absorbers including replacement market are being produced.

Mr. Elbay also stated that besides productions for OEM’s like Renault, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz, Ford Otosan, Isuzu, Karsan, Otokar, BMC, Temsa and sales realized to After Market and export customers, Maysan Mando reached production of 3 million shock absorbers in 2012. It is also mentioned that with investment of the new factory they are aiming to increase their export sales and expresses that Maysan Mando will continue to make new investments.
