GÖKDENİZ`s Factory Acceptance Tests as Part of MİLGEM-5 Project Have Been Completed

Factory acceptance tests of the Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) GÖKDENİZ developed by ASELSAN have been completed under MİLGEM-5 Project. After the factory acceptance tests, the GÖKDENİZ System was installed on the MİLGEM-5 Ship (İstanbul Frigate). GÖKDENİZ can effectively intercept hostile threats such as anti-ship guided missiles, helicopters, planes, UAVs, and surface vessels.
