OPTIMUS Series - Rectangular Connector (EN4165 Standard)
Nicomatic includes the rectangular I/O connector certified to EN4165 to its catalog. The connector can be customized. Optimus can be used as an interface for a new series cable harness or as a robust rack or panel connector. Lighter and more compact than its circular equivalent, the 38999, the EN4165, offers reliable connection in the most challenging environments.
These connectors can be customized with 5A signal contacts or 60A power contacts, and thanks to their modular structures, they offer the designers to determine the setting they require. The connectors have 90° PCB mounted versions and include waterproof features, and provide EMI protection. Because of the resistant sealing, reliable contacts, and superior resilience against heat and mechanical endurance, they meet the EN2591-402 / 403’s shock and vibration requirements for one or more systems. They operate at temperatures between -55 to +175°C. The connector is suitable for use in aviation, military, railway, and other industrial implementations.
1MM Domestic Connector
Turkey’s first domestic connector, the 1MM series connectors, was introduced at the launch meeting held with the participation of the Presidency of Defense Industries, representatives of defense industry companies, and many invitees. The connector production has been launched at our Nicomatic R&D and production facilities.
High-Performance Micro Connector
The 1mm pitch micro connectors manufactured for the application where size and weight are of critical importance have five standard configurations that consist of 6, 10, 16, 20, 34, and 50 pitches placed over two lines. These connectors are designed to cover the electrical and mechanical performances of the MIL-DTL-83513 G military standards. Offering high-performance thanks to the fiberglass composite, the 1MM series can resist high temperatures and shocks up to 15G, thus quite convenient for the UAVs and other unmanned systems performing in harsh environments. The gold-plated contacts enhance the resilience and performance of the connectors further. These connectors have nearly 1000 mating cycles, and they can perform in temperatures between -65 to 200 C.
