Nurol Makina’s New Target After Malaysia and Indonesia: Saudi Arabia
Nurol Makina, one of the candidates competing in the 4x4 armored vehicle tests in Saudi Arabia, has various vehicle configurations in the Middle East and Gulf countries, including Qatar and Kuwait.
In addition to the Middle East market, Nurol Makina is also strengthening its presence in East Asia. In this context, the company has exported armored vehicles to Malaysia and Indonesia. Deliveries of 20 EJDER YALÇIN vehicles, which Malaysia will procure from Nurol Makina for use by the Malaysia Battalion United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (MALBATT UNIFIL), will begin in February.
In the East Asia market, Nurol Makina also participated in Indonesia with its NMS 4x4 YÖRÜK vehicles and emerged as the winning bidder. The first batch of approximately 80 vehicles was delivered to the end user. The remaining orders are expected to be completed by May 2024. The vehicles were first used and displayed by Indonesia's elite special operations unit, Brimob (Mobile Brigade Corps), during the G20 Leaders’ Summit held in Indonesia on November 15-16, 2022.
