Existence of different emergency call numbers for different incident response teams, (155 Police, 156 Gendarmerie, 112 Ambulance Service, 110 Fire Department, 158 Coastal Guard, 177 Forest Services etc.) impedes giving emergency assistance service fastly and efficiently. Citizens, could not distinguish which incident response team(s) are related with the situaton at what degree; besides could not decide priority of agencies when counter an emergency case and call all relating agencies’ call numbers separately.This causes delay at notification of the event and consequently may cause loss of life and property. 
For instance, in a stuck-inside traffic accident, according to the zone of responsibility Police or Gendarmerie, Fire Department and Health Facilities required to be called. Gathering the emergency call numbers under a single roof causes instant, fast and coordinated response of all incident response teams in emergency cases.
“112 Computer Supported Dispatch and Management System for 112 Emergency Assistance Substructure Setup Project” that is tendered on 25 December 2007 for Antalya and Isparta provinces where are selected pilot region by the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Provincial Administration is undertaken by Aselsan Inc. After the succesfully conclusion of this project, on 3 July 2012 a new contract is signed including Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Aksaray, Niğde, Karaman, Konya, Mersin, Denizli, Burdur, Afyon provinces. Setup work for 10 provinces are completed and start-up processes are started.
The distribution of calls that are came to 112 line can be done to the attendant and expert incident response team operators (Ambulance Service, Fire Department, Police, Gendarmerie) over call taker operators, communication with the mobile units, recording the calls, identifying the location information of the incoming call automatically and determaning the nearest incident response team(s) to the scene by software, adress search over digital maps of the cities, instant pursuit of the units and providing information sharing with the subunit of incident response agencies (ambulance, mobile units, police office), agency based private reporting and making statistical inference can be actualized with the system that is developped by Aselsan.
110 Fire Department, 112 Ambulance Service, 155 Police and 156 Gendarmerie command centres get into the act coordinately at 112 Emergency Call Centers. A new period is going to begin at the field of emergency assistance service and disaster coordination by becoming widespread of the 112 Emergency Call Centers all over the country.
