Strategic Cooperation from CTech in Malaysia
CTech signed a product supply and cooperation agreement with its Malaysian local partner AR Eastern at the DSA 2026 exhibition held in Malaysia.
Within the scope of the agreement, it is planned to supply CTech’s
jamming-resistant satellite communication modem family products to Malaysia.
The agreement also aims to conduct joint activities in the field of secure
satellite communication solutions and to jointly evaluate opportunities in the
ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region.
CTech, a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries, which develops satellite and line-of-sight communication technologies in the defense and aerospace fields, signed a product supply and cooperation agreement with its Malaysia-based local partner AR Eastern—specialized in satellite communication system integration and secure defense communication solutions—at the DSA 2026 exhibition held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The agreement covers the development of cooperation between the two companies, particularly in secure and resilient satellite communication solutions.

Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned that the parties will develop solutions tailored to regional needs, carry out joint projects by combining their technical competencies, and jointly evaluate business opportunities in the ASEAN market.
In this context, the supply of CTech’s jamming-resistant satellite communication modem family products, which provide protection against electronic warfare threats, stands out as one of the key components of the cooperation. NATO had also preferred CTech’s SecureARX products in the field of secure satellite communications in 2024.
CTech General Manager Dr. Cüneyd FIRAT made the following statement regarding the signed cooperation: “This cooperation we have realized with AR Eastern in Malaysia is one of the important steps in CTech’s international growth strategy. We aim to respond to the increasing regional demand for our secure and uninterrupted communication technologies through strong local partnerships. We believe that this agreement will strengthen our presence in the ASEAN region and pave the way for new collaborations.”
