Turkish CBRN Solution Partner Stand Out Beyond the Country’s Borders
MAKEL Technology Company stand visited by Turkish Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM) chief at DIMDEX exhibition in Doha, as well as the prominent figures of the business.

MFK-300 CBRN Filter, as pictured here is a NATO radial flow combination filter which is manufactured by MAKEL Technology and has been tested and certified in accordance with STANAG 4447 by TNO-Proqares / Netherlands.
The latest NATO requirements that are documented and implemented ensures filtration of known chemical and biological warfare agents, as well as many Toxic Industrial Chemical (TICs). Impregnated activated carbon in the MAKEL filters has been certified in accordance with AEP-54 requirements by the reputable independent testing body mentioned above.

MAKEL Technology’s core business is Life Support Systems (LSS) integrating chemical biological radiologic nuclear (CBRN) protection, air conditioning (AC) and auxiliary power (APU) subassemblies.
Nevertheless customized solutions for each of the functions as a standalone unit, constitutes other defence applications that MAKEL undertook, as in the example of the AC unit development within the indigenous LEOPARD tank modernization project.

Aselsan ADOP Life Support System: The military vehicle M113 has been redesigned as a Command Center. MAKEL’s LSS provides CBRN Protection, 12 KW A/C and 8 KW DC Power. All duct work for the vehicle has also been manufactured by Makel. The LSS incorporates a fault management system using an embedded diagnostics system; Built-In-Test (BIT) and fault reporting system. System communicates with main controller through RS422.
HERIKKS CBRN Collective Protection System: The system incorporates collective protection and cooling systems for shelters.
BAE Systems/FNSS ISV project: LSS system provides Auxiliary power, ACU combination. Remote Control Panel is a touch screen panel with open CAN bus ability.
Aselsan Middle Altitude LSS: System provides Collective Protection CBRN, Air Conditioning and Auxiliary power of 56 and 24 VDC simultaneously. It communicates with the main control center through open CAN bus and incorporates a fault management system using an embedded diagnostics system Built-In-Test (BIT) and fault reporting system.

Leopard Tank ACU: For the 480 Leopard 2 tanks in Turkey Makel is contracted to design a ACU system.
T-LORAMIDS Long Range Missile CBRN Detection and Protection System: The detection system incorporates Gamma and Chemical detection system with Collective CBRN protection
Makel 16 kW Alternator development for direct drive.
