Contract Signed for the Armored Battlefield Fuel Tanker Project

The Armored Battlefield Fuel Tanker Project, initiated by the Defense Industry Agency (SSB) to fulfill the requirements of the Land Forces Command and the Gendarmerie General Command and contracted to Koluman A.Ş. as the prime contractor, includes a commitment to achieve a 50% domestic value-added and boasts substantial export potential.

As part of the project, a total of 41 armored fuel tankers will be supplied, with 39 allocated for the Land Forces Command and 2 for the Gendarmerie General Command.

The 8x8 ballistic-protected vehicles, boasting a 12,000-liter fuel capacity and high mobility, will incorporate domestically manufactured armor steel, armored glass, hydraulic pump systems, and superstructure components. The completion of vehicle deliveries is scheduled for 2025.
