ÖZTEK TEXTILE is proud to be specialized in Printing, Dying and Finishing on all kinds of Woven and Knitted fabrics. (100% Cotton, Cotton Polyester, Polyester Nylon, Corduroy, Polyester Viscose, and Others) with using the latest technology of machinery.
Öztek Textile undertakes Research and Development work in various fields of textiles and allied material with special emphasis on technical fabrics. It carries our investigation of properties of new techniques and final products, optimising process and product parameters and standardising the quality of the developed products.
ÖztekTextile has been carrying out the R&D projects for military applications. Some of our products are:
N.B.C. Fabrics providing protection against Nuclear Biological and Chemical Weapons are produced in our plant by Öztek Textile patent . The most significant feature of the our NBC fabrics is the said fabric does not crumble in times such as granular actived carbon used previously and effective for longer times. We also continue our endeavors on NBC Collective Protection Tents those can be set up within 45 minutes by 4 persons and wherein 40 persons can eat, rest and shelter.
Multispectral Camouflage Net, Signal Management Systems, providing hiding against Visual Threats, FIR (Far Infrared) Threats - Thermal Detection System, NIR (Near Infrared) Threats - Night Vision Detection Systems - and Radar Threats are produced by Öztek Textile patent in our plant. We are also working on Mobile Camouflage providing Multispectral Camouflage to the vehicles on the move.
Silver Invisible Fabric, which can not be detected by Thermal Detection
Systems and can block electromagnetic waves (EMI shielding effect), is also antibacterial, antiodor, antistatic, therapeutic, thermodynamic and all natural.
Öztek Textile proud the announce its producing of the first Anti Infrared Sensors( protection from nigh vision detection systems) fabric in Turkey.
All sorts of technique fabric is being produced with according to the requested features such as: Anti mosquito, anti bacterial, quick-dry, easy care, windproof, water proof, grease proof, flame retardant, breathable And cold climate fabrics, fabric with cooling effect, poncho and tent fabrics , parachute fabrics and medical products are some of our products.
We had the opportunity to introduce our products to the new markets at IDEX 2007 Exhibition, which is organized in Abu Dhabi and wherein National Participation provided by the coordination of Defence Industry Undersecretariat.
Now we will display our products in IDEF 2007 Exhibition.
