The First Upgraded F-16 Block 30 Fighter Jets Delivered Under the ÖZGÜR Project

Under the ÖZGÜR (Liberty) Project, the first three upgraded F-16 Block 30 fighter jets have been delivered to the Turkish Air Force Command. This development was shared within the scope of the 2023 Activity Report published by the Presidency of Defence Industries.

The ÖZGÜR Project, which encompasses the avionic modernization of the F-16 Block 30 fighter jets with national capabilities, also plans to use the MURAD AESA radar developed by Aselsan in the upgraded F-16 Block 30 fighter jets.
